What is being offered

Termindesk is appointment and booking software provided as a service to a business. It manages services, staff, schedules, clients and appointments, and sends notifications about those appointments through Telegram.

These terms are between the operator and the business using the service. A client booking an appointment is not a party to them; their relationship is with the business they booked with.

Accounts

An account belongs to a person, not to a role, and is not to be shared. The business is responsible for who it invites and what permissions it grants them, and for telling the operator when someone should no longer have access.

What the service does not do

It does not take payments, issue receipts, or act as a point of sale. It does not send marketing messages. It does not guarantee that a notification reaches a client: a client with no linked Telegram is not reached, the delivery is recorded as undelivered, and the business remains responsible for contacting them by other means.

Availability

The service is provided as it stands. No uptime figure is promised here, and none should be read into this page. Maintenance may interrupt it.

Your data

The business’s data belongs to the business. The operator holds it to run the service and acts on the business’s instructions; see the privacy page.

Ending it

The business may stop using the service at any time. The operator may suspend an account that is being used to break the law, to harm others, or in a way that threatens the service for everyone else.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Beyond that, the operator is not liable for lost business, lost profit, or losses arising from the business’s own use of the diary — including an appointment that was mis-entered, missed, or not communicated to a client.

Governing law

Governing law and the courts with jurisdiction follow the place where the operator is established. That place is not stated on this site yet; it will be named here before these terms are relied upon.

Changes

The date at the top of this page is the date it last changed. A change that matters will be announced to the businesses using the service before it takes effect.
